The British Rabbit Council (BRC)
is
the governing body for exhibition rabbits in the United Kingdom. In order to compete at the majority of shows in the UK (including Reading) you must be a member of the BRC. Rabbits are registered with the BRC by means of a number found on a ring placed on their hind legs by a breeder. This number must be registered in your name, either as the breeder, or transferred after purchase before you can show the rabbit in your name.
